At the Traditional Company we work closely with many of the top landscape architects, designers and private passionate individuals to create truly memorable landscapes. Our Legacy Edging has been installed all over the country creating crisp, clean edges to Lawns and Driveways.
Sometimes we get asked to do something a little bit different and this was one of our most striking jobs. The client got in contact with us and asked if we could assist the landscape designer in recreating the existing formal garden. Originally cut flowers were grown in the space but the new owner wanted a low maintenance, decorative and eye-catching feature.
Legacy Lawn Edging was to be installed to create a decorative pattern in keeping with the rest of the grounds. The design was drawn out on the ground and once checked with the landscapers and the client we began. We installed the pins which hold the Steel in place and the shape started to take form. Long strips of steel were then placed welded to the pins to securely hold the Legacy Edging in place. Our Edging is so strong it can withstand lawn mowers and garden machinery. The final stage was for the landscapers to plant Topiary along the Edging for a low maintenance finish.
