At The Traditional Company, we have been incredibly busy, our teams have been all over the country working on Estate Fencing, Lawn Edging and Bespoke Entrance Gates.
We all thought Spring was finally here and we were enjoying watching the gardens bloom into flower and blossom whilst basking in the beautiful sunshine but this week our teams have witnessed snow, sleet, rain, hail and the smallest glimpse of sunshine! One of our Southern teams has been working In Newbury Berkshire installing 500 meters of our Legacy Driveway Edging.
The client got in touch as he has always wanted Driveway Edging installed so the entrance to his property looks neat, clean and tidy. The client had previously had Edging installed in front of the house and we were to continue on from that. The Driveway Edging that had been installed by a previous supplier was a lighter grade which we tend not to use. At The Traditional Company we use a heavier grade steel as it holds the lines better, staying in shape and can withstand a vehicle driving over it. Our team Installed the Edging by hammering pins into the ground to create the desired shape and then welded the steel to the pins. The drive way was to be finished off with pea shingle.
