Small Gates

The Traditional Company produce small pedestrian metal gates as well as large ornamental steel gates which provide a seamless look to your fence line or entrance. They are extremely strong, built to last and low maintenance. These gates can be supplied bare metal, primed and painted or galvanised. They will mirror the exact design of your estate fencing.

We offer standard gates estate gates which can be manufactured as singles or as double gates. Our small pedestrian gates are available in 1.0m, 1.2m, 1.5m widths and can be made at either 1.0m (h) or 1.2m (h). These are all supplied with 75mm round gate posts, these can have either a round cast iron finial or our cast iron Rutland Tops. All of our manual gates are fitted with a sliding latch or we can manufacture for automation if required.

We offer Diamond or Quadrant gates, these have an option of Shepherds Crooks, Traditional Scrolls or Modern Scrolls as top railing detail.

We can also build bespoke gates to your specification if these styles do not suit. We have the knowledge and expertise to create a magnificent looking gate for you and can guide you through the vast amount of design options available using traditional finials to more modern designs. The style of gate is down to individual preference, all we need is a sketch and we can manufacture off plan. Our small steel gates can be used as garden gates or as security gates.

Bespoke Vertical Screens for County Garden Management

We collaborated with County Garden Management to manufacture bespoke vertical screens for a garden project in Essex, designed to soften a large brick wall and enhance the overall space. Fabricated in-house at our Leicestershire facility, the screens were created from detailed technical drawings and will naturally develop a rich, weathered patina within a few months, blending seamlessly into the landscape.
