The Traditional Company are incredibly honoured to be supporting The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC).
The QGC is a unique tree-planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022, which invites people from across the United Kingdom to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee”.
The Traditional Company were invited to make metal Tree Guards to coincide with the QGC’s Celebration Trees initiative, which gifted Jubilee trees to selected Primary Schools in the areas of socio-economic deprivation in 70 cities across the UK.
Our talented team at our Fabrication Unit in Leicestershire hand made each Tree Guard and painted them to the specifically chosen colour.
Our Tree guards provide an architectural and decorative solution to stopping animals from interfering with the natural growth of the tree and will last for over 60 years.
We really are so proud to be part of this great initiative to celebrate Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee and contribute to a greener United Kingdom that will benefit future generations.
