At The Traditional Company we have been incredibly busy over the last few months with bespoke Rose Arches.
Our Steel Rose Arches are handmade to your exact requirements by our talented team. We have our own in house design team who will work alongside you to create an arch perfect for your requirements. They are onsite with our Fabrication team so can watch your creation from drawing to steel structure.
ROSE ARCH INSTALLATION READING
This is a truly spectacular installation and one that the whole team enjoyed creating and installing.
The client provided us with the initial drawings, the brief was that they wanted the arch to look as delicate as possible so were happy to be guided by us on materials, providing we kept the overall size consistent with their drawings.
We created our own drawings and David made alterations to the rails to align more to the Estate Fencing. Once the client was happy we installed the large 10 meter structure.
Dom headed up the installation team here in Reading. The guys started out by digging holes and set in concrete pads. They had steel plates put into the concrete so on the following day the arch was lowered into place and the team welded the feet to the metal in the concrete. The next step was for the team to thread the rails through and weld it all into place. The Rose Arch was finished in black which the team carefully painted on the final day.

It was great to be back with this existing customer who we worked with last year. They wanted more Estate Fencing and a steel archway installed.
We would recommend that for larger more permanent features a site visit is carried out to ensure that you get the very best product for your location. Martin conducted the site visit and then our talented team in the office created drawings for the client to sign off and the Fabrication team to follow.
Supplied loose to site Ben and his team got to work installation the Estate fencing and metal arch. Firmly welded into place and painted black it is a solid structure that will last for years to come. We pride ourselves that our Rose Arches are a permanent feature in your garden or wider landscape and will last for years to come becoming part of the heritage of your property.
Worth knowing:
Our small Rose Arches are made in components and delivered directly to you for self weld and self installation.
For the large Rose Arches we have our own skilled team of installers who will fully weld on site. This approach, compared to pre-fabricated arches, will allow us to work on slopes and uneven ground.
