It has been a busy couple of weeks for us here at The Traditional Company. Our teams have been all over the country installing Estate Fencing and Legacy Lawn Edging.
Our Southern teams have battled, rain, wind and blazing sunshine and still managed to install some fantastic estate fencing over the last few weeks. The team was back again with landscape designer Mark Gillard in Reading to install 120 meters of Grey Estate Fencing. The fence was used to partition the garden for the raised beds that are yet to be planted. We installed the fence surrounding the area which would completely separate it from the main house. The client chose to finish the fence in grey so it would match the colour of the windows and main gates. It will be lovely to see the new area when it is finished and planted up.

Next our team went to Surrey to install 270 meters of estate fencing along a private drive. The left-hand side of the drive has cattle in the paddock, so we used 8mm flat rails for added strength and installed fencing arms so the farmer could electrify the fence and keep the cows contained. The fence was finished in traditional black and a diamond estate gate was installed.

We had the sun on our side as we went to Lymington, Hampshire to revisit a site we last visited in 2017. When we were last there, we installed estate fencing lining the driveway and skirting around a horse field. This time we were back to install more estate fencing at the front of the house with a pedestrian gate that was big enough to fit a lawn mower through. We also had to ensure that the dogs were unable to escape so we added lamb wire to the bottom of the fence to prevent this.
